Lovely Lady, I am SO thankful that you are here and are ready to pour love into your child’s life through prayer. What an amazing person you are! In this article of the series, we will focus on “Praying Protection Over My Child”. Welcome to Day 4 of the Praying Scripture Over My Child Series.

Prayer
“Protect my children by the covering of the blood of
Jesus. I pray that they will know the power of the
blood to defeat all the works of the devil. By that
power, bind the enemy from interfering with your perfect
will in their lives.“

Devotion | Praying Protection Over My Child
We as parents cannot physically be with our children at all times. It is then when we must know that the precious blood of Jesus is covering them wherever they go.
This is why it is so important to pray for the covering of the blood of Jesus when they are out and about. We don’t know what they could encounter that was meant for evil, but spared by the grace of God.
We should rest in knowing that when we pray this prayer for the covering of the blood of Jesus, our children in His mighty hands.
For our children to know the power of the blood of Jesus is the best weapon we can give them. Teach them to pray when they feel scared. Teach them to pray when they feel unsafe. They need to know that they can pray when they feel that they are in an uncomfortable situation.
Arm them with knowledge and power!
Of course, the enemy will try to interfere. Isn’t that his plan? His ultimate motive is to interfere in your child’s life to distract them from the will of God being carried to fruition. His plan is to turn our children away from being what God is directing them and leading them to be.
